We provide in-person and telemedicine healthcare services. Telemedicine allows remote consultation but may not be suitable for all medical conditions. We may require in-person visits when necessary.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Savera is a direct-specialty practice and does not bill health insurance. Patients are responsible for the full fee at the time of service.
Payments must be made at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
We accept HSA, FSA, and other direct-pay methods discussed when you schedule.
6. Telemedicine Disclaimer
Telemedicine services depend on technology, which may sometimes fail.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, security breaches, or patient misuse of telemedicine platforms.
Patients must verify that their insurance covers telemedicine services.
